Imagine, if you can, a man with the ability to manifest changes in reality merely by thinking.
Such a man might think a person into existence, or out of it, or a place, or an object, say a shoe.
It is important, so say I, to conceive of this shoe as real not only to him, but also to me or you.
Now tell me: does it fit?
But why only one shoe? Imagine a pair, please.
