What was your favorite subject in school?
In elementary school, we called it Language Arts. In ‘junior high’ and high school, it became English. As an undergraduate at university, I preferred English Language and Letters as a subject; as a grad student, World Literature in English.

One hour of janitorial work, one hour of Scrabble.
Where did you live when you were in the third grade of school? Is it the same place or town you live now?
A swell old Victorian house in a fairly low-rent, small-town Indiana neighborhood.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I’m grateful that when my new regimen of medication kicked in with a resounding thud, knocking me out for two days solid, it occurred on my days off. I’m very grateful for the productive diversion of online pursuits, absorption in which has proven practically medicinal for me, distracting me from my symptoms. I’m also thankful for supportive real-life friends and family members. In the coming week, I look forward to casting my vote, continuing to meet amazing people online, and keeping up my blogging and social media blitz to the exclusion of practically all else – lol.
Thanks for the questions, Cee!
